Summer Camping Experiences
Ride in on horseback to your canvas tent to experience the ultimate disconnect to reconnect adventure.
Arrive to our headquarters at Colorado Trails Ranch to enjoy a night in a ranch cabin and chef prepared dinner in the lodge. After breakfast the next morning, you’ll depart the ranch to your campsite.
Our camp sites are located in the San Juan National Forest and are complete with an abundance of firewood, cook stove & filtered water. All you’ll need to pack onto your horse is your sleeping gear and food. Your food can be purchased and packed prior to your arrival with an additional fee.
After your last night of camping, our guides will arrive on horseback and transport your group back to Colorado Trails Ranch for another night’s stay and dinner.

2023 & 24 Hunting season news
2023 was another successful year for Peak to Creek Outfitters. Former business owner, Preston, retired and sold the business to Keith and Amanda Johnston. Keith has been in the hunting business for over 20 years and is looking forward to getting to know current clients and expanding to others. He is the field guy and leaves the computer work to his wife, Amanda. They are thankful to have the opportunity to maintain and grow this established business while providing an outstanding hunting experience for each and every person who chooses Peak to Creek Outfitters.
